One of my favorite jobs involved Mark Mothersbaugh of Devo. He is a very well rounded artist – and during a trip to LA I got to visit his incredible music studio – it is a round green building on Hollywood Blvd in LA where they record soundtracks for all kinds of movies. And yes – he was the man behind WHIP IT  by DEVO.

They took me to a nice organic restaurant for lunch and I remember thinking how down to earth he was – just a really nice person. His cards are small versions of his artwork – really coffee table pieces – there is no game involved with them or anything. I guess they are really collector’s items.

Here is a picture of his building in LA and some of his really interesting and colorful playing cards.
