CEO & Founder

Shari Spiro is the CEO and founder of AdMagic Games, one of the largest independent printers of tabletop games in the US, printing games such as the wildly popular Cards Against Humanity Joking Hazard, Luck (the Game) for the movie of the same name by Apple TV, Doomlings, Monikers, Exploding Kittens, Dwellings of Eldervale, Sparkle Kitty and hundreds of others. Shari is also the CEO and founder of Breaking Games, an award-winning game publisher and distributor, the CEO of Print and Play Games, one of the industry's main US based prototype and small run game facilities and CEO of Blackbox Systems - a 100 thousand square foot 3 PL and fulfillment warehouse facility specializing in web and kickstarter fulfillment for clients in many areas of manufacturing - not only games.  

Breaking Games has games in Target, Walmart and hundreds of other stores and retailers worldwide.  Several of their games are recognized by Mensa International, and the companies have released dozens of critically acclaimed tabletop games which have been translated into Spanish, Russian, Korean, Chinese, Hungarian, Polish, Hebrew and French.

Shari manages a staff of nearly 70 employees who internally manage the full supply chain of Design, Development, Prototyping, Manufacturing, Shipping, international customs, logistics, fulfillment services, strategic partnerships. long-range planning, investments, public relations, social media, promotional trade shows, and more.

Prior to Breaking Games and Ad Magic, Shari worked at Secur Image Technologies, a leader in printed sheet-fed vinyl credit cards and plastic specialties, where her clients included Russ Berrie, American Express, Herff Jones Yearbooks, and NYNEX Telephone. While there, Shari was the Customer Service Manager with a specialty in holographic applications.

In 2016, Shari was awarded the illustrious EY (Ernst & Young) Entrepreneur of the Year 2016 NJ award in the area of Media and Entertainment.
